During each session, I intentionally tune into the uterus, cervix & vaginal canal. This supports the body in softening, opening & preparing for birth.
We release stored tension, emotions, & subconscious blocks, which brings the body into balance & can support a smoother, more natural progression.
Each session also includes a mom + baby connection. I intuitively connect with baby, checking in & releasing anything they may be holding onto.
This also supports the body postpartum, helping with hormonal balance, physical recovery, & coming back into alignment. It can help emotionally with adjusting to this new phase.
When both mom & baby feel safe, supported & aligned… everything flows!
