Hi, I’m Kayla.
I’m a Certified Foot Zone Practitioner, dance fitness instructor, wife, and mom of two cute little boys. I’ve felt energetically connected since I was a little girl, but foot zoning helped me truly understand and embrace that gift.
Through zoning I found deep healing, new confidence, and a passion for supporting others on their own journeys. Whether you’re navigating physical pain, emotional stress, pregnancy/postpartum, or simply wanting to enjoy a relaxing session, I’m here to support you every step of the way! My sessions are rooted in connection, energy alignment, and emotional release. I hold space for you to come as you are and leave feeling lighter.
When you come in for a session you're entering a sacred, peaceful space created just for your healing. I use essential oils, calming music, and loving intention to support your mind, body, and spirit. I call in love and light with every session so that healing will flow with ease and grace. From coz blankets and soft lighting to intuitive energy work and a nurturing environment, every detail is designed to help you feel sage, supported, and deeply cared for.
What is Foot Zoning?
Foot Zoning is the ability to tap into the entire body. There is a map of the body on the feet. When we access the feet we actually access the entire body.
Trapped emotions and unprocessed energy can settle into the body and create imbalances - sometimes manifesting as pain, tension, fatigue, or emotional distress. Through foot zoning, we help release that stuck energy and remind the body of its original blueprint for health, balance, and flow.
Each session is a chance to reconnect with your body’s wisdom. You may also be offered intuitive insights, energetic tools, or prompts to support you between sessions - helping you feel empowered and supported on your healing journey.
A foot zone is a beautiful way to bring balance back to into the body. During a foot zone, imbalances in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body can be addressed. If desired you will be given tools and prompts to help you take back control, to become empowered as you navigate your own healing journey
With a focus on energy flow and targeted pressure techniques, I offer intentional and restorative foot zoning sessions that support physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
